Job Description


Lead and motivate a team of professionals accountable for providing daily overall technology project management support to financial institutions and processors. This includes day to day client project implementations and cluster support.

Primary responsibility is to oversee the overall efforts of the Visa Implementation project management team for VisaNet Endpoints operating in the EU region. Efforts are coordinated with other Visa teams and regional resources, including end user clients, internal technical resources, vendors and distributors.

Deploys and improves process and procedures that align to the global and regional strategies and applies working knowledge of Visa and Visa products alongside systems to ensure effective and efficient project implementation. Provide leadership and direction for complex cross regional or cross-functional client projects and work towards achieving customer and key stakeholder satisfaction of deliverables.


This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
